Refunds are only applicable before the product, consultation, or report has been delivered.
If you request a refund within 24 hours of placing your order and the report has not been delivered, we will process a full refund.
Once the report, consultation, or any digital product has been delivered, no refund will be issued.
Approved refunds will be processed within 24 hours of your request.
Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 15 days.

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
Incorrect details provided by the customer (e.g., wrong date/time of birth)
Orders that have already been completed or delivered
